Pinwheel Horizon will play the Gig Harbor Film Festival (GHFF) in Ian’s home state of Washington. The festival—which runs September 21- 24—screened each of Ian’s previous short films, awarding his second outing The Devil Needs a Fix their Best Washington Made Film trophy.
