The Way We Speak picked up one win and one nomination at the 15th annual SoHo International Film Festival in New York City. The MovieMaker top festival acknowledged Patrick Fabian for his role as Simon Harrington in The Way We Speak with their Best Acting Performance in a Leading Role award, and nominated Ian’s first feature for Best U.S. Showcase Feature Film.
Despite being a Peabody Award winner and 2023 Screen Actors Guild Awards nominee for his role as Howard Hamlin in Better Call Saul, it’s the first film-related win for Patrick since 2010—when he took home the Best Actor trophy at the prestigious Sitges Film Festival for his performance in The Last Exorcism.
