Pinwheel Horizon—Ian’s award-winning third narrative short—will play the 2024 West Sound Film Festival (WSFF) as an official selection. The gold-ranked FilmFreeway event is hosting its upcoming annual gathering at the historic Roxy Theatre in downtown Bremerton, Washington.
