After the pandemic delayed production a year and a half, principal photography on Pinwheel Horizon—Ian’s latest film as writer-director—wrapped September 28 as a SAG production and fully vaccinated set.
The cast of talented actors—Cassie Stires as the story’s protagonist, Steven Soro (who appeared in each of Ian’s two previous films), and Maz Siam (Argo, Jimmy Kimmel Live, Ian’s From the Sky)—delivered memorable performances, aided by next-level creative output from Director of Photography Haley Watson, Production Designer Erin O. Kay, Costume Designer Meleta Buckstaff, and Hair and Makeup Artist Molly Clark.
