As Pinwheel Horizon awaits its world premiere, three character-driven teasers introduce viewers to the elite warriors at the heart of the minimalist fantasy (and Ian’s latest as writer-director): Cyra, the grounded leader of the warriors, their reconnaissance, and the protagonist of the story; Aru, the three warriors’ dominant battlefield presence; and Kuur, a seasoned military strategist and father figure to the other two warriors.
