Pinwheel Horizon will receive a Special Screening at the 2023 Damah Film Festival in Tokyo. The gold-ranked FilmFreeway event named Ian the Grand Prize winner in 2019 for his debut short narrative From the Sky, an award presented to the writer-director by a member of Japan’s parliament and selected by a jury of Oscar- and award-winning producers including Gerald R. Molen (Schindler’s List, Jurassic Park), Gray Frederickson (The Godfather: Part II, Apocalypse Now), and Howard Kazanjian (Raiders of the Lost Ark, Return of the Jedi).
Pinwheel Horizon screens in Tokyo on Saturday, April 13—with the film’s editor and producer Christopher W. Graham on hand to present and discuss Pinwheel Horizon with the Damah audience. Visit the Damah Film Festival for more information.
